The Lyca Globe 20 voucher can be activated at a Lyca point-of-sale or at www.lycamobile.es
The voucher includes:
5000 minutes valid for calls to landlines and mobiles in Spain and 1000 minutes to 68 other countries (except mobiles from Andorra, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Gibraltar, Israel, Morocco, Panama, Paraguay, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, Uruguay, and Venezuela), with no call set-up fee. 5000 minutes for Lyca-to-Lyca calls.
100 domestic SMS, additional SMS will be charged as domestic SMS at a cost of €0,50 (VAT included)
Lyca-to-Lyca calls made outside the 5000 minutes are subject to a €0.40 call set-up fee. When these limits are exceeded, calls will be charged as domestic calls to mobiles at €0.25/min. When the limit of 100 domestic SMS has been reached, each additional SMS will cost €0,50.
To be able to use the mobile internet MB, your the mobile handset must be compatible with Lyca's systems, and have been set-up properly. Once this bonus is activated, customers will not receive any free credit from the free bonus promotions. If you have any free credit from a previous top-up, this balance will be deducted when you activate this or any other voucher.
The Lyca Globe 20 voucher is valid for 28 calendar days after it is activated. When the 28-day validity period expires, the voucher will be automatically renewed as long as there is sufficient credit on the SIM card (€20); otherwise, the original tariffs that each customer had contracted before the corresponding voucher was activated will be applied.
When the voucher minutes and MB have been used up, the original tariffs that each customer had contracted prior to the voucher in question will also apply. The voucher is non-transferable.
The data included in the voucher can be used in other European countries (RLAH, roam like at home), without additional charges up to a limit of 25.42 GB/ 28 days of the voucher. A 'roam like at home' (RLAH) reasonable use policy applies. All the minutes included in the vouchers can be used for calls from Europe (RLAH - Roam like at home).
Unused megabytes or gigabytes that include data will be carried over for the next cycle if the data pack is renewed automatically. Otherwise they will be lost. The MB or GB can only be used in Spain (not for roaming).
All minutes included in the bundle exclude special rate calls.
